Thank you for your interest in joining Youth United Project as a volunteer! Please fill out this form as a primary application. This will allow us to get a better understanding of your goals, experiences, and abilities before welcoming any new members into our team.

✅ High School and University Student Volunteer Tutors
✅ Eligible for Community Service Hours (Ontario High School Volunteer Hours)
✅ 1-hour class per week via our Zoom platform
✅ Elementary grade level of teaching (students are in elementary grades 1–8)
✅ Teaching materials provided, flexible curriculum, no past experience required

Report Card Upload

Please upload a screenshot attachment of the learning skills, lateness, and absences sections of your report card, with your full name in the same screenshot (any semester from the 2025-26 school year is valid). Please do NOT submit your grades or any personal information such as your personal address, OEN number, or student number that may be included in the report card.

All submitted documents are treated as strictly confidential. Access to this information is restricted exclusively to the operations team of Youth United Project. All report card files will be permanently and securely destroyed within 30 days for all successful and unsuccessful applicants.
